coolant leak into engine

Asked by screennamecurtis Dec 15, 2014 at 10:29 AM about the 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Crew Cab 5.8 ft. 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had an oil leak. Shop replaced my "oil cooler lines to pan Gasket". Within a couple days
I've ended up with coolant in the engine. Could the problem be related to the original
repair?

IMO there is an excellent chance however before you pursue further .. I would take it to a different shop to have a certified evaluation done. Good Luck
