I have a 2000 s-type which the dash is indicating DTC, brake, ABS, Air bag Faults

I have a 2000 s-type which the dash is indicating DTC, brake, ABS, Air bag Faults and sometimes the odometer goes blank and the speedometer stops working. I hook up a scanning tool but the tool says no faults detected. Any ideas of what's going on?
