my jaguar s type 2002 will not start at all? help please

i bought the jaguar from uk and it was ok, it reached mombasa and we suspect they tried
to jump start it since the battery was down and am told it refused to start, we bought a
new battery but it could not fire at all, at some point when we left on with new battery for a
day it tried to start but still failed, now mechanics here think the computer is not working
well but i prefer you guys help before they begin to gamble back here.

Security is armed. Check your key to make sure it works if key is bad the security light will flash continuosly when key is on. There is a special proceedure to reset it but i don t know that part.

I have been starting my Jaguar 4 times this morning when in the house come back out tried to start it will not start everything lights up everything's on what is my problem
