Restricted perfomance light on

I just got my car out of the shop and the restricted
performance light is on and runs like crazy.
I just bought car (4200$, 108k)and paid almost a
1000$ in shop and this happens. This was Henrys
foreign auto in phoenix or. A certified jag shop.
Should i be oissed? All they did was change oil,
charge ac and another minor fix. Did he drop the
ball and what do I do? What do I do if he can't help?

It is an old Jag, not the most reliable car there is. Have the codes scanned and post them here.
