Most old motors manuals list the torque spec's by bolt size ( Example 7/16 - 14 torques to 60 to 65 foot pounds ) a 12mm x 1.75 pitch torques to about the same. Remember these spec's are for grade 8 bolts . Or do a web search for torque spec's by bolt size or get an old repair manual and look it up .Hope this helps
