92 buick roadmaster stalls when it rains. Changed distributor cap which
seemed to work, then it rained and it began to stall again.

the wires...make sure they are the new silicone ones..not butyl rubber~

Like the first two said bad wires OR check to make sure you are not getting water under your dist. cap. Check cap for condensation after a rain.
