Don't buy from a dealer. I have bought all the brake rotors for all 3 of my 96 roadmaster wagons from performance brake .com The quality is real good and the prices are very reasonable. With normal driving (combination of city hyway) I have averaged 60-70 K on a set of rotors and pads. The 11.86 from 12 is very minimal should not be an issue. Unless your roadmaster was a hearse or a police car in that case the brakes are bigger.
