what can cause signal loss to injectors on 93 buick roadmaster estate tbi 350

Am trying to solve stalling issue on
my uncles 1993 buick roadmaster
estate wagon 350 tbi first start it runs
fine but randomly after it starts it will
lose signal to the injectors everything
from the fuel pump to the injectors
are fine. But the electrical signal to
the injectors will randomly stop and i
am trying to find out why
