Heater hose or the inline plastic fittings have failed. This has happed to mine as well. If you find it is the inline restrictor (broken plastic). Just cut it out and replace it with a piece of 1/2 in conduit. Cut about 6 inches long. Works like a champ! Did this on one of my 96 roadie wagons and has been in place for over 200K and still to this day no issues. Watch the other plastic fittings on that side as well. Because they could break while you are fixing your original problem (yes they get that brittle) Hope this helps.
