why aren`t the injectors spraying the spark plugs?

at first, thought it was timing chain had jumped because when starting fluid was
used it back fired & smoked. After discovering the plug  wires were out of firing
order & corrected it started but the injectors were not spraying the plugs.
Everything else works great, but something is not allowing fuel to get to the plugs.
Help!!!

Injectors may be clogged. Remove/lift the injector's track (slightly) so you can place a sheet of paper beneath the injectors ..then try and start the vehicle. By during that you will be able to determine which if any injector is working. Good Luck.. Semper FI.
