I need to know why my heat won't shut off. I have the hoses clamped off so the air conditon well work but it does not blow out air in the mid vents. I think the heater door is stuck open.

I have a 1998 supercharged Buick Riviera. It won't start. It's sounds like it's about to start and then it's like the spark shuts off. There are no trouble codes or warning lights.
