how to remove the engine wiring harness from the rear of the engine without removing the engine?

Had a short start a fire, want to replace the entire harness. We have disconnected  everything  but can not find where the harness goes aster it goes behind the distributor

There may be a plugin on the fire wall or not, but it will run inside under the dash on the passenger side to the computer. But it goes back to the trany also.

Already disconnected from passenger side. The harness itself doesn't go inside but I do know it runs to both sides of the tranny
