Had the windshield changed on 2005 RendezVous. Got it back with all interior lights and dash lights no longer working. What could have caused this? And where do we start with troubleshooting?

MY 2003 BUICK RENDEVOUS HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE COOLING FANS ON THE RADIATOR. THEY WILL STOP WORKING EVEN WHEN THE CAR IS HOT /NEEDS THEM UNLESS THE A/C IS ON. 2005 Buick Rendezvous will from time to time, not start. When that Happens i often hear a lot of clicking behind the dash. After a few moments, and a few tries, it starts when i turn the key slowly.
