Why did my 2007 Ford
explorer XLT 4.0L. just shut
off while I was driving it.
Why??

How about more information? Does it start back up again or do you have to crank it for a long time? My guess is a possible bad cam or crank sensor or a bad fuel pump. Try having the codes read to see if anything has been stored in the memory.

Check battery,wires and alternator..first ..does it restart ? Check o2 sensors , muffler flow
