after looking at many car I have noticed that a lot of the dealers descriptions have an automatic 10 % fee or that the advertised price reflects a thousand dollar trade in value or down payment witch push the actual retail price much closer to or even sometimes higher than fair market value . this seems a little deceptive
It most definitely is. You can expect to pay almost $4k more then the listed price with all the fees and taxes tacked on.
One car dealer tried that in my area and he lasted 2 weeks before he got booted out of town.
