Car won't shift

Question type: General

Car won't shift out of 2nd gear. Started randomly, it
drive to work fine, but when I went to leave for
lunch it wouldn't shift out of 2nd and just revved
the rpms without any power to the engine. Tried
manually going from 1st to 2nd to drive and it
won't go in the lower gears at all. Same problem,
rpms Rev up but no power to the engine. Have not
had any previous slipping or tranny issues.
