Mass airflow sensor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car started sputtering and wouldn't pick up speed and
cuts off when I come to a complete stop and then I smell
gas threw the car..... I let it sit then start it back up it runs
smooth for a while...... I had a diagnostic and they said it's
the mass airflow sensor I changed that with a reman factor
one and I'm still having the problem......
