where is the starter on a 2007 tundra 5.7L V8

5.7L is on the bottom of the motor on the passenger side. 2 bolts. Don't be confused if somebody told you it's under the intake manifold, that's the 4.7L

I have the same truck and had to replace mine. It is on the passenger side but it is really hard to get to unless you have really small hands. If you ask Toyota they will tell you it takes 6 hours to do and you must remove the exhaust to do it that is why they will quote you a price of around $1300.00! and no that's not an error that's what they told me. But I did find someone with tiny hands and we got it off without removing the exhaust and it only took a couple hours. I have not had a problem since.

Esas trocas parami son las peores trocas el peor diseñoes ridiculo que pongan un estarter asi de complicado es una porqueria yo como mecanico nunca me compraria una troca de esas no tampoco un infinity es la misma porqueria bueno pero para cambiarlo yo dure dos oras y tuve que quitar la pipa del escape y esta del lado del pasajero debajo del exahust
