Velcro tape for temporary fix till you find some used or new ones. Might be able to find some used online if not a recycling yard. .
Look for a Phillips screw on the actual flap, this is the tensioning screw. If visor doesn't have this screw, then follow Brian's advice or use your own creative solution. Hope this helps.
