Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla S and the engine
hesitates to start when I press the clutch and turn
the key, I'm curious to know if it's the starter or if
the clutch needs to be replaced

Wouldn't be the clutch. Check battery Check voltage on battery, should read minimum 12.4vdc. If battery is good, check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If everything checks out good, have the starter checked
