Question type: Maintenance & Repair

And friend of mine whos
cooling fan fuse blow,tried to
hot wire the fans directly to
the battery. Now the cluster
of wires leading to the brain
has 7 burnt out wires. I
unhook the fans. Repair the
sections of damage wires.
The car cranks but  want
start. What should I look at
next to trouble shoot

You need to check all the fuses seems like something else may have shorts..
