Keep blowing STOP/HAZ fuse when trailer lights are plugged in

I need to track down the short. I'm getting mixed
results from following YouTube. Disconnect neg
battery cable, hook up test light and of it lights then  
there is a short supposedly.  Everytime I hit the
brake when the trailer is connected I blow the
STOP/HAZ fuse. You'd think it was the trailer
where the problem was. 100% new wires,
connectors, new lights. Same problem. Only when
trailer is connected.

I grinded down to shiney metal for the ground on the trailer. I even tried a friend's trailer and hooked to mine, blew fuse soon as I applied brake.
