My thermostat valved is jam and staying
open.code 0856-00.So says temp is rising to
slowly.Will it affect my engine if I drive it
before I get it replaced.??

No, gas mileage will suffer some. Until an engine hits operating temp the computer will stay in "open loop" mode, meaning it ignores certain sensor inputs. Since your thermostat is stuck open, it will just take engine longer to hit that temp.
