Cranks won't start

New fuel pump an filter.new distributor  wires n
plugs.new crank sensor.new cam sensor.new fuel
regulator.new spider injector .got spark to
plugs.got good fuel pressure.new throttle  position  
sensor. But won't start.

are the injectors firing ? Some vehicles are fussy about proper spark and fuel pressure , just having them won't do .
