Where can I get fuel tank for 2007 Ford Edge SEL w/ AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Fuel tank corroded and leaking. Ford Motor Co. says they do not and will not have
replacement tanks. Auto stores like O'Reilly, NAPA, Advance can't even special order.
Dealer tech says "don't park in the garage" due to fire hazard. Ford WON'T help and parts
sources CAN'T help... Any suggestions?
