Try tracing the 12V line back from the motor looking for where it goes dead. If you don't have power at the motor, keep going back to where you find it and then determine why it is lost at that point and fix it. It may be a connector between the body of the car and the car door.

Thanks Taver91 I will try. I was thinking of just replacing the wire harness completely and see what happens.

I know this post is a few years old...but for someone searching for the answers this could come in handy. Had a issue where all windows worked EXCEPT the driver window. When pushing the window switch (either way) you could hear a faint click where you knew the switch was working. The one I was working on was a 1 touch or auto up and down. so it had the 6-pin connector at the motor. Ended up unplugging the connector from the driver's door to the body of the car (in the door jamb). From there you have to undo the quick connector from the harness (small screwdriver top and bottom, you'll see small white dot) and then pull back the rubber protective cover. Gently pull on each wire to see if one of them is broke. In my case, one of the large red w/ white stripe was broken. Repaired the wire and window worked just fine.
