Hanging wire at rear of my Audi A4 convertible

I noticed a black wire hanging underneath my Audi
A4 convertible it is underneath the boot I don't
know where it is connected to or where it has come
out of I spent ages underneath the car trying to find
where it goes but no luck does anyone know.

when you say "boot" you mean the trunk ? Different models will come with different options yet the wiring is set up for both ,. I would tuck it away and not worry about it too much .
