What does a new clutch cost?  Any other things that should be replaced at the
same time?

Buy a clutch kit, it comes with everything you need ie.. Clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and alignment tool. I,ve seen prices from 100-300 dollars and depends where you live, the installer may also want to remove and resurface or replace the flywheel. I hope this helps. Take care.
