My Wife got to work. Turned the car off then went to start it again and nothing. No power no nothing.

This happened to me today! My lights would turn on, the radio works, the heat and AC work, the wind shield wipers work and windows roll down. We tried to turn the car off and took the keys out and even though we have the keys in the off position all of the stuff previously mentioned is still on and it won't turn off or start.
