If not the battery it will be the charging system not recharging the battery.

So what's battery charging system? The alternator ? it's new from this winter...what else could it be? Ingnition maybe?

Have the battery tested, even new ones can be defective. Also check the battery connections at the battery and the starter. Those connections must be absolutely clean, free of corrosion and tight.
