Need to know what piece this is and how to get a replacement

Ok, best I can.. passenger side, as you open the door and look down, there is your "seat adjuster lever", well the plastic piece that "covers" that assemble, it runs the length of the seat, aboout 18 inches long plastic piece, it has broken off, mounting clip broke clear off plastic, so I would like to replace the thing, any help!!,
