Possible electrical

I have a 2006 commander,  5.7 Ltr with
every option,  won't  start, all lights flashing,  
alarm  going off, without  key in ignition,  had
to pull positive  terminal off battery  every
time I put the positive on it all goes off
again , had to cut wires off  to my horn, my
key fob is busted so I can't reset my  system,   
is there a way  to bypass or anyone have any
idea's  to help me, the jeep is in amazing
condition,  thanks

Before reconnecting the battery cable, leave key in the on position and see if it will work. Even if it works, you will still need to fix your fob or find and remove fuse to the alarm system.

Buy new key fobs on Amazon,your local locksmith will cut the key and reprogram your fob,last month I bought two extra key fobs,had the keys cut.
