speedometer

the speedometer needle does not reset to zero when I stop and/or turn off the ignition but stays near 40 on the dial -any suggestions as to fix??

yeah, like most GM clusters, you need a new one. GM has terrible Radios and clusters - trust me... i've changed A LOT of them at the dealer i worked at.
