Has this rig been modified or a different transmission put in? This sounds like a late model tranny that has been put in trailer tow setting. You may have to go to a tranny shop too see if the TCM's programming has been altered or is corrupted for some unknown reason.

No all original, but I don't know if it has anything to do with my transmission, but my somtimes when in gear the car doesnt know where my foot is like the TPS looses connection, in park the TPS never misses a beat,

If the TPS has a problem the computer wont know the throttle position so it makes estimations on what it should be by using other sensor readings, and that alone could cause your shifting problems, I recommend that you take to a shop that can do live data scanning, that would be the cheapest route to take to find out if you have any sensor misreads or even grounding issues.

it runs fine when its warm outside like over 65 degrees, probably ground or wiring issue right?
