?? Help ??had my coil , bearing and clutch plate on my ac and said it may be a fuse ( easy fix ) . Now it does not engauge any thoughts ?

They replaced the coil , bearing and
plate and said it may be a fuse ( easy
fix ) it had locked up when the
bearing went bad and would not turn
over . Had to remove belt to crank .
Now ac won't work. Any thoughts ?
I have two grandkids and need this
fixed
I live in gulf breeze fl
And on a fixed income

Not knowing everything of this situation, I do know the A/C clutch will not engage if the system is low on R134 or what ever they use now a days. And why didn't who ever worked on it check the fuse?

The fuse was under the dash and the cover would have to be taken off to get to it. And Surely I could do that .and I did but everything ( all the relays and fuses ) are fine he said it could be the gap in the plate could be off but he did not have the tool to adjust it any more .
