Car just quits while driving. Now
barely start an when does runs real
rough if at all. Idling pushing on gas,
major whitish/ dark smoke out of
exhaust.

There are so many things that might be wrong...... Does it crank good but just does not want to start and run? It also sounds like it is running rich... You can pull the mass air flow and clean it, all auto parts stores have the cleaner. Look at the coil pack....is there any evidence of something "oozing" out of the cracks on the side?
