I have an 03 park avenue starts fine first time
an hour or so later after sitting it wants to
flood already replaced fuel pressure regulator
could a bad intake manifold cause this

Then run a fuel pressure drop test, if it won't hold pressure then you have leaking injectors. A leaking intake will cause a lean condition not a rich.
