What causes the Air Conditioner to Blow warm out the drivers side and cold out the passenger side..??

I have a 2004 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, my Air Conditioner blows warm out the of the drivers side vents and cold out of the passenger side..!! I do know it is NOT the "Blend Door Actuator" as I have replaced it at a cost of $142.35..!! What else can cause the problem..???

I do have a climate control switch on the passenger side but not on the drivers side...

answer me another question, when you have the blend door actuator off of the unit will you be able to open the door easily by turning it your hand..??
