Mighty Max Clutch

I have a 1994 v6 5 speed and I did notice a little jerk as
i shifted into gears. Then I tried to pull into a parking
lot and tried ro reverse. Thr clutch went to the floor
and would not comeback up. I can pull it back to the
top but no real pressure or will not have enough
pressure to shift into gears. By now I let it run for a half
hour and it starts to let out grey smoke. Any opinions
on what is wrong?
