Well, if you can't do it then the next step would get a friend with mechanical experience to help you or take it to a repair shop.

I don't know how to change my clutch cable in 1992 Mitsubishi mighty max truck,do I remove dashboard?

Its very easy. Unhook from clutch pedal. Unhook from plate on side of trans. feed cable through firewall. Then hook up new on in reverse. Hardest thing about job is you may have to unscrew little plate by trans so that you can feed the little rubber boot side through hole but very simple. Cable is like $15 online
