ONCE I TURN ON THE IGNITION KEY OMN MY 2000 VOLVO S70
THE BLOWER WILL COME ON UNTIL THE IGNITION KEY IS TURNED OFF.

One of two things, ether a bad blower motor resister or a bad blower motor switch. Just need to check it out.
