Just replaced air filter, spark plugs, oxygen sensor, then cleared codes, now it only revs to 3000rpm then starts cutting out, with no new codes, where do I start to look?

What where the codes?

P0135 o2 heater something that's why sensor was replaced

Sounds like it could be the catalytic converter. May be plugged, have an exhaust shop check it out. But if you get the engine warmed up park in a dark area, and look at the cat. It would be glowing orange if it were plugged, even a faint glow.

Thank you, I'll look under it on my way home tonight

That would be a good time, leave the engine running when you look.
