i have a volvo 93 940 car starts and stays idiling until i accelerate than it dies . i have a new mass airflow sensor new pcv, fuel pumps filtrers , spark plugs and wires. i would appreciate some kind of feedback

So, when you press the gas, it dies out? That sounds to me like a sensor. Possibly the throttle position sensor.

yes correct . i was planning on checking the throttle as well . i just kinda dont know about how to go about it

Check out this page: http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=298828 this sounds sort of similar to what you're describing. As for the throttle position sensor, it is located on the side of the throttle body. You could probably test it with a multimeter if you have one.
