Tahoe shudders and shakes on acceleration...seems ok at steady speed... at idle shudders and hesitates.. rough idle

98  chevy tahoe.. 180,000 miles started shuddering, hesitating on acceleration..
seems ok at steady speed..at idl just shakes and shudders..  engine light on
