Hard starting car

Have a very hard time starting up my car.
On warmer days have little problems
starting but when it's colder weather it
won't start. Takes me usually 8 to 30
minutes to start...what could it be?
Getting really frustrated, need help please

due to cranking or fuel pressure/replace filter
