Tight Spot in Steering

I have a couple of tight spots in the steering.    I have no oil leaks

Check the level and condition of the PS fluid. If it smells burnt or is dark in color, I would recommend flushing out the old fluid and replace. It could possibly be aerated or contaminated. Decent write up on power steering fluid: http://www.aa1car.com/library/power_steering_fluid.htm
