Flushed cooling system and engine started to overheat. Does it need priming?

No, bleed air by loosening the reservoir cap but DO NOT remove completely, may take several times, keep checking level, check for heat in the car, once you have heat it should be good, usually.

i turn the heat on and keep filling to all the air is out

Thank you guys. In the end it turned to gases from the engine through the head basket.
