Brake problem with nissan

Brakes on my pathfinder grabbing after driving
only short distance, acts as if you're driving with
foot on the brake, sometimes pumping the brake
will cause to release, also rear pads are beyond
worn, front pads changed out 3 months ago, also
front got so hot that smoked the left and right.

I had the problem with my Grand Prix, the caliper bracket was not opening causing it to not release.
