Why does the battery die real fast?

I forgot to check the oil a couple weeks after I got my oil change and ran it a few days with low oil. Now there is a soft fast knocking sound. What can I do to fix it if there is a way?

I have a 91 MR2 stock motor non turbo ran fine last week parked it in the garage for a week went to start it yesterday and it turns over fine so the battery is good it just won't fire what could that be like I said it ran fine when I parked it .. 3 Answers
