From prior experience expect some costly upkeep. I have had a few Audis and problems arise in the front suspension, bearings in particular. The motor is a proven unit, provided it has had regular oil changes...preferably synthetic Castrol. Other than that area they are a good car. Make sure the cv joints are good and boots intact as well...good luck!

Was the timing belt performed? Can can be costly for fix.... so be prepared. Check the carfax to accidents. Price is fair for the miles.
